Results
It is NHS Lothian Laboratory Medicine policy that results should be returned via a secure email address e.g. @nhs.net. BBV STS can provide PDF reports to named individuals with such accounts. Where electronic transfer is not possible, paper copies of reports can be sent via Royal Mail by prior arrangement.

Quality aspects
Tests (with the exception of HIV avidity) are accredited to ISO15189.
